Desert Air Alaska is based in Anchorage out of Ted Stevens International Airport. The turbine DC-3 can carry up to 7500 pounds direct from Anchorage to over 250 destinations. We specialize in bulky, high-cube and high-density loads. Our extra wide cargo doors make it easy to move items such as construction materials, drills rigs, ATVS, etc. You name it, it’s likely we can haul it!
