Redfern Resources abandons controversial and costly plan to build a 100-mile road to support its mine near the Alaska border

A proposed mine just across the border from Juneau could use barges for the transport of equipment, supplies and mineral concentrate, eliminating the need for a new 100-mile road to Atlin.
