Heatherdale Resources Ltd. April 1 reported that Patrick Smith has resigned as president and CEO and as a director of the company.
Heatherdale Chairman Scott Cousens will serve as interim president and CEO of Heatherdale.
Heatherdale is focused on Niblack, a volcanogenic massive sulfide project located on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska.
