This abundant visible gold was encountered at 118 meters in FK 18-10, a hole drilled this year in the North Boundary zone on Aben's Forrest Kerr property in B.C.'s Golden Triangle.

Aben Resources Ltd. Sept. 25 reported additional high-grade gold intercepts from the 2018 drilling in the North Boundary zone on the company's Forrest Kerr property in the Golden Triangle region of British Columbia.

Aben first drilled North Boundary in 2017. The discovery hole, FK17-04, cut 10 meters of 6.7 grams per metric ton gold, 6.4 g/t silver and 0.9 percent copper.

FK17-05, cut 122 meters averaging 1.2 g/t gold, 1.8 g/t silver and 0.21 percent copper, including a six-meter section averaging 21.5 g/t gold, 28.5 g/t silver and 3.1 percent copper; and FK17-06 cut 94 meters averaging 0.51 g/t gold, 1.03 g/t silver and 0.1 percent copper, including 14 meters of 2.91 g/t gold, 5.2 g/t silver and 0.6 percent copper.

FK18-10, the first hole drilled this year, cut four high-grade zones: 13 meters of 3.9 grams per metric ton gold, 4 g/t silver and 0.62 percent copper from 61 meters; 4 meters of 22 g/t gold, 22.4 g/t silver and 0.17 percent copper from 84 meters; 10 meters of 38.7 g/t gold, 2.9 g/t silver, 0.09 percent copper from 114 meters; and six meter of 8.2 g/t gold, 1.4 g/t silver and 0.11 percent copper from 183 meters.

Step-out drilling continues to cut high-grade gold mineralization at North Boundary.

Highlights from the latest batch of assay results from eight holes include:

• 12 meters of 5.08 g/t gold from a depth of 40 meters in Hole FK18-12;

• two meters of 23.3 g/t gold from 106 meters in FK18-13;

• 15 meters of 3.18 g/t gold from 232 meters and one meter of 31.4 g/t gold from 261 meters in FK18-17.

"These high-grade step-out holes at North Boundary have expanded the zone which is open in all directions and confirm the presence of a robust mineralizing system in the area," said Aben Resources President and CEO Jim Pettit.

Aben Resources' 2018 program at Forrest Kerr so far has focused on North Boundary. South Boundary, a prominent gold-copper soil geochemical anomaly about 1,500 meters to the south, along with the prospective area between these zones, is expected to be tested as drilling continues this fall.

In addition to the drilling at North Boundary, Aben has drilled three holes at South Boundary, a prominent gold-copper soil geochemical anomaly about 1,500 meters to the south.

South Boundary had never previously been drilled and Aben said the newly discovered mineralization there is encouraging considering the distance between the collar locations in the North and South Boundary Zone.

Aben said the ground between and beyond the two zones is highly prospective for further discovery of gold and copper-bearing horizons given that they are located within a large gold-in-soil and rock anomaly in similar lithologies.

The company just completed a 355 line-kilometer airborne magnetic survey over the entire Boundary area with results expected by the end of the month. Information from this survey should help identify drill targets over the larger prospective area found here.

To date, assay results have been received for 3,000 meters of the expanded 10,000-meter drill program planned for the Forrest Kerr property this year.
