Surface sampling carried out during the phase-1 2020 program at Willoughby targeted newly exposed high-grade gold-silver mineralization with the goal of generating targets for drilling during the second phase of this year's program.

StrikePoint Gold Inc. Sept. 9 said its 2020 exploration programs in British Columbia's Golden Triangle are being challenged by COVID-19, weather, and a slow return of assay results. Despite these difficulties, however, crews have met their targets at the company's high-grade Willoughby gold-silver and Porter Silver projects near the mining town of Stewart, BC.
