Hecla attributes the increased silver and gold production at Greens Creek to higher grade ore from the underground mine.
Hecla Mining Company April 12 reported that its Greens Creek Mine produced 2.4 million ounces of silver and 10,299 oz of gold during the first three months of 2022.
