Warm spring brings early start to northern Alaska placer mine

Goldrich Mining Co. June 6 said mining is underway at the Chandalar placer gold project in northern Alaska.
The Chandalar placer mine is being operated by Goldrich NyacAu Placer LLC - a 50-50 joint venture formed by Goldrich and NyacAU LLC in 2012 to mine placer deposits across the 23,000-acre Chandalar property.
