New Trilogy chair, Rick retires from NG

Trilogy Metals Inc. May 23 named Janice Stairs as the new chair of its board of directors.

Stairs, who has been a director of Trilogy Metals since 2011, graduated from Dalhousie Law School and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen's University.
